Dragons Cultural Organisation is SVG's oldest surviving Mas band, and celebrated 40 years of Vincy Mas in 2005. The band has won the coveted Band of the Year title more than any other band, doing so in 1972, 1974 - 1977, 1984 - 1986, 1996, and last took the title in 2004. These 10 titles include a hattrick and a beavertrick.

The band was founded by Roy 'Dragon' Ralph, Chico and Ron Ellis and Dudley Wyllie. It has been led by Vincy Mas icon, Roy "Dragon" Ralph, until his retirement from band management in 1997. Dragons is now led by Elliot 'Prince' Telesford, with assistance from chairman of the organization, Duggie "Nose" Joseph and the Dragons family.
