The Nu Klash Ah De Bands saw 6 Vincy Bands throw down their musical licks to a large appreciative crowd setting the pace for Vincy Carnival 2001. The line-up saw Vision, Salid, SVG Rage, New Direction, Blaksand, and Signal take to the stage in a non-stop jam with Nu Koncep International filling the short gaps between band change-overs. At its culmination, the people chose Blaksand as the Number One Party Band to take entertainment into the new millennium. Burning Flames from Antigua took over the reins and climaxed a slamming night with the usual rounded professional jam.
